step into a whole new world and explore Catalonian culture with us. Steeped in history, culture and art, we will immerse ourselves in this beautiful city for three nights. Following Barcelona, we will spend three nights in the Castle of Llaes exploring the countryside, smaller villages and our own inner creative life.

travellng is always expansive, but this trip is aimed at expanding your personal creative world. Through mindfulness and playful activies and workshops, you will be gently guided to explore and expand your creative practice. Barcelona will engage you in a world of art that steps outside of the box, pushes your boundaries of “what is creativity” and the workshops at the castle will pull out from you what you might never have thought was possible

One of the biggest takeaways from Heartventures is always connection. Women connecting to women is powerful and often the result from this is a deeper connection to yourself. These retreats are often described as “a time to come back to yourself.”

3 nights accommodation in a beautiful villa in the heart of Barcelona and 3 nights accommodation at a gorgeous castle in Llaes, 1.5 hours outside of Barcelona
delicious meals and snacks in a mix of restaurants and as well as prepared meals by your hosts at the castle. (alcoholic drinks not included)
all transportation in country once the retreat begins. (transportation from airport to Villa in Barcelona not included)

Prices are in CAD and a $600 non refundable deposit is due upon booking. Taxes are additional where applicable.

Castle
Barcelona Villa -
Although many retreats offer this as an option, our goal with Heartventures is to bring together women to foster deep connections with each other. Often this happens when nothing is scheduled, and we are sitting around the villa spontaneously hanging out. Our accommodations are not necessarily luxurious but are beautiful, comfortable, clean and offer a gathering space that we don’t get when we stay at hotels or separate the group.

Although we are a retreat exclusively for women, we try our hardest to make everyone feel welcome and safe on our retreats regardless of how they identify. Please reach out if you have any specific questions.

Perfect! This is a great place for you! These retreats are about opening up to possibilities, learning from each other and exploring what might bubble up as a result of taking time and space away from your everyday to relax and just be. There is zero skill required.

Incidentals can mean anything from a mid afternoon coffee at a cafe, to tampons.

Hannah has a passion for creating inclusive, supportive spaces for women to gather, exhale and laugh! With her intentional intuition, she makes and sees connections all around her - everywhere! constantly! (can’t seem to shut it off ;)Hannah lives for sharing experiences with others, learning their unique life stories, laughing until it hurts, wandering down alleyways, popping champagne on boats, and doing it all again the next day.
When she is not exploring, you can find her with a cup of coffee in hand, three cats on her lap - three kids and a husband running around her - discussing the next steps for strategically dismantling the patriarchy, while simultaneously planning her (and your) next travel adventure.
In her next life she plans to be a recurring cast member of Saturday Night Live so she can make even more people laugh.
